criteria for a future home:
- history. give me a second-hand home.
- within 10 minute walking distance of a body of water.
- church bells nearby
- large windows with a wonderful view of the moon at night.
- a nearby coffee-shop (preferably one run by an asian couple that blares country music every morning just because that’s what my life is right now).
- neighbors that blast tasteful...
